Being a hippopotamus in Taipei is a truly unique experience. It's rather different from my home habitat in Africa, that's for sure! The humidity here can be quite heavy, which means I need to spend here lots of time relaxing in the pool. Taipei is a bustling city with lots of visitors, so I have to keep well out of their way. My favorite part about living here is the delicious fruits and vegetables that are readily available at the market. Although, sometimes I do miss the wide-open savannas of my homeland.
